Right of Withdrawal - Returns
Under the provisions of the legislation on consumer protection and without prejudice to the legal exceptions, you have the right, in consultation with the store to return products purchased within ten (10) days from the date of purchase. We do not need any explanation from you, and you will only be charged with the cost of returning the goods.
The terms and conditions for the right of withdrawal are:
• The product has to be in it’s original condition , not worn or used.
• The buyer must not have removed any piece from the bracelet and the watch has to be unmodified.
• You must return all supporting products like paper box, warranty card and proof of purchase.
• The product labels must not be removed or destroyed in any way.
In case the product has lost some of its value due to poor treatment, the buyer will be charged with cost needed to restore it. Therefore, the amount to be refunded will be reduced by the amount that will be appropriate when considering the functionality and product characteristics. Therefore, the amount to be refunded will be reduced by the restoration cost, which will be calculated after evaluating the product’s functionality and characteristics.
You are responsible for the product’s safety during shipment (appropriate packaging, etc.) and woodenwatch.gr holds no responsibility for any damage caused during transportation.
You will be refunded the amount you paid within ten(10) days since the day the package is returned to us.
In case the product you received is different from that you ordered, we will be charged with the shipping costs for returning it, provided that the product is it’s original packaging and condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
